PALACE CHASE programs allow Active Duty Air Force members to request separation from active military service and transfers to a Drill Status Guardsmen, Traditional Reservist, Individual Mobilized Augmentee, AGR or Title 5 Dual Status Technician position.
The PALACE FRONT program is an intra-service transfer program which allows active Air Force officers and enlisted members to transfer from the active component of the United States Air Force (USAF) to the Air National Guard (ANG) or the Air Force Reserve (AFR) the day after their approved Date of Separation (DOS) from the Active Duty Air Force. The PALACE FRONT program is not a voluntary separation program or a Pre-ETS process that will waive a current enlistment contract or active duty service commitment. The purpose of the program is to allow Airmen that already have an approved DOS to seamlessly transfer from active service to selected reserve service with-in the ARC.
The Air National Guard In-Service Recruiter is conducting a Palace Chase/ Palace Front briefing. Please attend if you are interested or have questions about the AIR NATIONAL GUARD.
